Spot On Chocolate launches in less than 9 weeks!

Bringing a dream to life takes a lot of steps! Truthfully way more that I ever considered. Lots of government permits, classes to take, supplies to buy, workflows to organize, ingredients to test, wow! I laugh now when I just thought I could show up and make incredible chocolate. I can still do that, of course, there are just lots of fun other elements to consider. Bottom line though, is that in not TOO long, Spot On will be out there, making wonderfully unique chocolate available to everyone. I am sooo excited! A
